We do not have a strict minimum order volume. Each prospective client is evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on factors such as order volume, SKU count, storage requirements, fulfillment complexity, and overall operational fit.
Yes! Contact us about long term storage. Pricing is based on size, quantity, and term.
FBM and resellers will be charged for storage if there product doesn’t move for 30 days.
Yes, our cost per unit includes: Receiving, inspection, inventory pictures if damaged, scanning invoices and packing slips to you if needed, label removal, and labeling (FNSKU, Fragile, Suffocation warning, Single unit – do not open). Product photos can be taken at client’s request, but may incur an additional fee.
There is no subscription fee or onboarding fee. Some accounts may have a monthly software/integration fee depending on the sales channels and systems being used. Any applicable recurring fees will be clearly outlined in your quote before onboarding.
